Job Descriptions & Qualifications
General Physician
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses.
- Guide patients on preventive healthcare.
Qualifications:
- MBBS with SLMC registration.
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience.
Medical Officer - Emergency Services
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate care for emergency cases.
- Supervise ER staff.
Qualifications:
- MBBS + ER experience.
- ALS/BLS certified preferred.
Nursing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Patient care and documentation.
- Administer medication and injections.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or BSc in Nursing.
- SLNC registered.
Lab Technician
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze samples.
- Maintain lab equipment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- At least 1 year of experience.
Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and records.
- andle customer service and billing queries.
Qualifications:
- GCE A/L with fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
- Computer literacy is a must.
Pharmacist
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately.
- Maintain inventory of medicines.
Qualifications:
- Registered with SLMC/Pharmacy Council.
- Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy.
Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS)
Responsibilities:
- Patient consultations and traditional diagnosis.
- Prescribe herbal and ayurvedic treatments.
Qualifications:
- BAMS degree recognized by SL Ayurveda Council.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred.
Ayurvedic Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Perform panchakarma and therapeutic treatments.
- Guide patients on wellness routines.
Qualifications:
- Certified training in Ayurvedic therapy.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
Ayurvedic Pharmacist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare traditional medicines and decoctions.
- Manage dispensary and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy.
- Registered with Ayurveda Medical Council.
Massage Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Provide herbal oil massage and wellness services.
- Maintain hygiene and treatment setup.
Qualifications:
- Certified massage training.
- Minimum 6 months of spa/ayurvedic therapy experience.
Garden Supervisor - Herbal Plantation
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cultivation of medicinal herbs.
- Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors for supply.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in agricultural/horticultural practices.
- Diploma in Agriculture preferred.
Ambulance Driver
Responsibilities:
- Transport patients safely.
- Maintain ambulance hygiene and readiness.
Qualifications:
- Valid heavy vehicle license.
- First aid knowledge preferred.
